Some Social network sites such as facebook are banned in this college. Is this in our students best interests? They are a fact of life, most of our students have them. I have one myself. I think it’s important that we highlight the dangers and benefits such global exposure can bring.

So remember anything you publish on the Internet can return potentially be viewed by anyone, whether or not you have added them as a friend.

It’s also worth remembering that identity fraud can apply to facebook as well
